Adding your site to 'The Directory Zone' website

The 'The Directory Zone' website does not accept submissions from sites promoting illegal content or other sites that we deem inacceptable. For more information about the types of sites that The 'The Directory Zone' website does not allow, please read our quality guidelines.

Payment is due before your link will be considered for addition to the 'The Directory Zone' Web Directory. Payment is for consideration of your site and does not guarantee that your site will be added. If we be unable to approve and add your page/site for any reason, we will not refund your payment. Please read our quality guidelines before submit your website.

Editing of listings

The 'The Directory Zone' website reserves the right to edit any part of any listing at any time, including altering text, changing categories, or any other change we deem necessary to maintain the highest quality web directory.

Termination

The 'The Directory Zone' reserves the right to remove any listing and/or ban any further listings from any website should we find or be informed of non-compliance with our terms of service or quality guidelines at our sole discretion. The 'The Directory Zone' may also, at any time, discontinue any/all service at TheDirectoryZone.com without notice. The 'The Directory Zone' will not be held liable for termination of services or any losses occasioned thereby.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

• The 'The Directory Zone' website is provided to you on an 'as is' basis, without any technical support or warranty of any kind including, without limitation, any warranty or condition of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.

TERM AND TERMINATION

If any of the terms of this Agreement are violated, 'The Directory Zone' reserves the right to revoke the use of TheDirectoryZone.com at any time.
